Hudson Real Estate Partners is a private real estate investment firm, based in New York City. At Hudson our expertise is not limited to any specific asset class.

At Hudson, we actively seek out a wide range of acquisitions from corporate net leased retail locations, shopping centers, office buildings, multi-family properties, industrial complexes, and hotels. We look across the country for our acquisitions and we are not dedicated to any specific area.

Our investment criteria revolves around the purchase of well-located, undervalued assets and improving their performance through creative strategies that result in a win-win scenario for our partners. We believe in long term relationships and recognize that all sides party to a transaction need to be fully satisfied in order to continually cultivate these essential relationships.

our Principals

Jack M. Senior

Jack was born and raised in South Brooklyn and at a very early age he was exposed to the real estate industry. As a child, Jack spent a portion of his summers living with his grandparents in Texas where he assisted his family in the management of their commercial and multifamily assets. He loved his work and immediately knew that this was his calling, and it was only a matter of time until that happened. Jack's powerful work ethic and dynamic personality have served him well. While attending Baruch College, Jack started his first job in the industry as a leasing associate for several local property owners. Upon graduating, he transitioned full time to commercial leasing for a major New York City landlord and constantly strived to outdo himself. After years of gained experience in commercial leasing, Jack started making his own investments. Over the years his acquisition criteria has evolved, but his investment strategy remained constant. Jack still lives in Brooklyn with his wife Mimi, and two children. In his spare time Jack is always searching for new restaurants, travel destinations, he enjoys cycling, skiing/snowboarding, cooking, a nice bottle of wine and spending time in the outdoors.

Alexander N. Schwartz

A native New Yorker, Alex grew up on Manhattan's Upper West Side. He graduated Drew University in 2007 with a degree in Economics and Business Management. After a two-year stint in the investment banking world, Alex discovered his love of the city had him far better suited to a career in real estate and hasn't looked back since. Today, he lives in the East Village with his girlfriend Elyse. Alex is a travel and outdoor enthusiast and enjoys exploring the world, camping, road trips, and concerts.

JACK GABBAY

Even though Jack was born in New Jersey, Jack grew up in Brooklyn. His passion for efficiency took him from venture to venture, until he found his true passion in real estate. Today Jack’s focus is on acquisitions where he can use his experience in different fields to better understand all industries and take his spin on real estate. Jack lives in the Gravesend Neighborhood of Brooklyn, but still finds his peace at the Jersey Shore in the summer.

Eddy Salameh

Eddy was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. At a young age, Eddy began to work at his father’s retail stores all over downtown Brooklyn. From there, Eddy used his retail expertise to move into the wholesale industry, selling product back to the retailers he knew so well. After completing school and becoming a member of the Arista National Honor’s Society, Eddy decided to make a move into finance. Having worked at multiple firms, Eddy engaged himself in underwriting and issuing loans to merchants across the country. From there Eddy made his way into real estate, where he found that he can incorporate all of his past expertise in retail, wholesale, and finance under one roof. Eddy is an all-around experienced partner and his understanding of all these industries allows him to comprehend each and every one of our clients’ needs to go above and beyond for them.
